Commerce City Open House

The Commerce City 4Rivers Equipment location hosted an open house celebration on Wednesday, September 17 which was a tremendous success! The event brought together industry partners, valued customers, and our dedicated team for a day filled with connection, innovation, and celebration.

An Amazing Gathering

We were proud to host 377 guests, with 204 registering via email through our newly implemented registration system. This upgrade not only enhanced the guest experience but also streamlined raffle entries and post-event engagement.

Vendor Showcase

The event featured an impressive lineup of vendors, including:

• Thunder Creek
• NPK
• Epiroc
• Foursight Solutions
• …and several others who provided hands-on demonstrations and expert insights throughout the day.

Their participation added tremendous value and showcased the strength of our partnerships.

Interactive Experiences

Guests enjoyed a variety of engaging activities designed to highlight equipment capabilities in a fun and memorable way:

• Skid Steer Basketball
• Mini-Excavator Golf
• Cornhole

These games encouraged hands-on interaction and created a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

World Class Burgers

A special thank you to the In-N-Out food truck, which provided lunch service during the event. The truck was a major hit with attendees and ultimately sold out, underscoring the excitement and strong turnout.

Recognition and Appreciation

We extend our sincere gratitude to Michele Ibanez and Tiffany Henderson, who served as our test pilots for the new registration system. Their leadership and adaptability were instrumental in ensuring a smooth experience for all.

A special shoutout to Jen Avila for her outstanding work in organizing the entire event. Her attention to detail and coordination were key to its success. We also want to recognize the entire Commerce City crew for their teamwork and dedication—this truly was a team effort, and it showed.

Throughout the day, our team facilitated numerous new sales conversations and created meaningful customer appreciation moments. Attendees also received branded giveaways, including lunch boxes and a swag box, as tokens of our gratitude.
