Product Support Manager Justin Crowder from Hobbs received a 4Rivers Challenge Coin on Wednesday, February 11 in the Core Value category of “Innovation.” CEO John Shearer and General Manager Danny Bratton surprised Justin with the award during a branch luncheon.
John nominated Justin for the award after hearing about him going the extra mile when he “had an idea, put in place and made it a little more enjoyable for everyone to participate.”
Hobbs employees that travel to our Base Camp training in Greeley obviously have a lot further to go than most branches, meaning there’s sometimes a lot of downtime to sit through between their travels and attending segments of this event. Justin came up with a BINGO game to not only make the time go by but also gave employees the chance to explore the campus and meet people around the corporate office they might not normally get the chance to. The employees reportedly had a lot of fun with the game as well, making this idea both innovative and entertaining for all involved.
We truly have some of the most innovative, outside-the-box thinkers here at 4Rivers Equipment!
