4Rivers Equipment to specialize in construction, Ag side merges with 21st Century Equipment

Effective June 12, 4Rivers Equipment’s Ag division will merge with 21st Century Equipment. While 4Rivers Equipment will maintain an excellent working relationship with the Ag group, its Construction and Forestry division will grow and excel as it provides laser-focused support and service.

The decision to merge was made after careful consideration and with the ultimate goal of enhancing customer support. 4Rivers Equipment is confident that this specialized focus will strengthen its ability to support its customers, employees and communities.

4Rivers Equipment looks forward to focusing on growing its Technology, Roadbuilding and Material Processing segments, while further developing its construction, compact construction, Production Class Equipment, and forestry markets. As these industries evolve, 4Rivers Equipment is committed to developing innovative solutions, and finding emerging products to support customers’ growth and improve their lives and businesses.

“We are thrilled to announce this merger which represents the formation of two stronger companies,” 4Rivers Equipment CEO John Shearer said. “This move provides the exciting opportunity for both the Ag side and our Construction side to expand capabilities and leverage the best of both organizations to build a brighter future for our employees and customers. With laser-focused attention on construction, we look forward to charging forward and enhancing every aspect of our business operations.”

4River Equipment’s General Manager of Construction and Forestry, Daniel Bratton added, “This merger represents a powerful opportunity to expand our reach and to accelerate our mission of providing industry-leading John Deere construction equipment solutions and product support. We are thrilled with how this move benefits both our Ag and Construction customers and believe that the talented teams will be better positioned to drive innovation.”
